Conference Fees

#OR64 is open to both members and non-members. The standard delegate registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions including lunch, mid-session teas and coffees.

Please note that conference rates do not include travel, accommodation and visas.

Accommodation and evening meals are not included in the registration fees.

Gala Dinner

Our infamous Gala Dinner Event will be held on Wednesday 14 September which is included in the full conference rate. For those booking on the day rate there is an additional charge of £50.00 + VAT per person.

This year Gala Dinner Event will be held in the Panorama Suite at University of Warwick. The evening will be an opportunity to network with delegates, sponsors and speakers attending the annual conference but also to relax and socialise. The Gala Dinner consists of a three-course premium meal including wine served on your table.

There will also be entertainment and music throughout the evening until late.

Accommodation information & rates

The online booking and payment facility is open and accommodation, evening meals and social events can be booked and paid for at the same time as booking and paying for your registration above.

All accommodation will be on the University of Warwick campus in the Bluebell or Jack Martin halls of residence. All rooms are ensuite along with a three-quarter size double bed, network ports, wardrobe, desk, desk lamp and other facilities.

Price for accommodation on campus includes bed, breakfast and an evening meal.
